Yves Rocher Foundation Terre de Femmes Award France
Marie-Hélène Cocq
In Montpellier, with her association Sentinelles de Rivières, Marie-Hélène navigates the waters of the Lez River by canoe-kayak to clean up pollution and help protect the Mediterranean Sea.
Isabelle Janin
With her association Étamine and a network of local stakeholders, Isabelle makes quality local food more accessible while promoting sustainable, community-based agriculture.
Fanny Moyse
At the Union for Genetic Resources of Centre-Val de Loire (URGC), Fanny defends domestic biodiversity: local heirloom fruit and vegetable varieties as well as traditional farm animal breeds.

Maëva Leroy, special mention
With her Papillons de Guyane project, Maëva studies and catalogues these delicate insects to enhance their conservation while raising public awareness of their importance.
Elena Chaboteaux, international winner
In Peru, Elena, a biologist at Conservación Amazónica, alongside a team that is 70% female, studies the impact of mercury pollution on insects.
