This architect with a conscience founded Minéka, an association that recovers materials destined for the tip. The result? More resources saved from landfill, and lots of happy builders!
To tackle the huge amount of waste generated by the building and construction industry, Joanne is committed to collecting materials intended for the tip via her Minéka association, recovering and redistributing them at affordable prices. Active in the Lyon region (which single-handedly generates 850,000 tonnes of waste per year), Minéka has already saved over 2,700 tonnes of waste material from the tip.
