Some parts of Romania are deteriorating due to a lack of trees and are feeling the full force of extreme weather conditions
Romania is suffering biodiversity decline, evermore degraded soil and intensifying extreme weather phenomena, such as flooding and landslides. Supported by the Foundation, MaiMultVerde is taking action in these hotspots. Objective:to preserve oaks. A tree that has called the region home for millennia, but which is nevertheless facing extinction in the country.
