To celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Terre de Femmes programme and the 35th anniversary of the Yves Rocher Foundation, we are launching for the very first time a unique global Call for Projects for the 2026 edition. This year, the France and International editions are merging around one powerful and unifying theme: The Tree, Guardian of Life!
The tree, a source of life and a pillar of ecosystems, symbolises resilience, generosity and longevity. Through this theme, we aim to shine a light on projects that place the tree, in all its forms, at the heart of actions for biodiversity, climate, and communities.

Twenty-five years ago, a simple but powerful idea was born: “What if we could empower women committed to the planet to go further, act louder and reach wider?”
That idea gave rise to the Terre de Femmes programme.
A quarter of a century later, we’ve supported nearly 500 unsung heroines around the world. Each, in her own way, fights to protect biodiversity with courage, resilience and passion.
But the story doesn’t end there. Because beyond nature, it’s about forging deep human connections. Alongside these women, we’ve built genuine relationships, supported their battles, and celebrated their victories. Together, we’ve created a strong community, united by a shared ambition: to make this planet fairer, more vibrant, and more sustainable.
By supporting these women, everyday adventurers, we are planting seeds of hope. And what we nurture today are the roots of a better world, or us, for our children, and for generations to come.
