Rubbish sorting is just starting to take form in Ukraine’s major cities, and is non-existent elsewhere, with rubbish tips popping up on a daily basis across the country. Galina is taking a two-pronged ecological and social approach to this problem by setting up a micro waste-processing factory and creating jobs for workers with disabilities.
