Since its inception, PlantForLife has enabled the planting of more than 130 million trees in over 45 countries. But its scope goes far beyond tree planting. The programme includes forest preservation and restoration, ecological monitoring, and training in planting techniques. These efforts also foster local development: in Senegal, for instance, mangrove reforestation has become a source of income for local communities, while in India, tree planting helps stabilise soils and safeguard water resources.<\/p>\n
