Institut de France

A foundation under the aegis of the Institut de France: support and academic contribution.

A FOUNDATION UNDER THE AEGIS OF THE INSTITUT DE FRANCE

Created in 1795, the Institut de France is a state-owned institution. It is the oldest and most prestigious institution to practise sponsorship and manage donations and bequests. As such, the Institute and its Académies help encourage creation and research.

For over two centuries, the Institut de France has represented France as an intellectual and scientific authority around the world. Its actions are made possible by generous national and international individual and corporate donors. The Yves Rocher Foundation can thus benefit from the sound and competent advice of academics.
